NCAS runs free educational workshops across the UK to help managers deal more effectively with performance concerns about dentists, doctors and pharmacists. Workshops are interactive, using fictitious case studies as learning tools and sharing the experience and expertise of NCAS.
Workshops are held at national, regional and local level and for audiences defined by specialty and sector interests as well as for multi-disciplinary groups. Some workshops are organised for managers within a single organisation.

NCAS can work with organisations to tailor-make workshops or provide representatives for events about local management of concerns, including development of local policies and systems. NCAS also runs annual national conferences to update stakeholders about NCAS work and exchange thinking on national policy issues.
