Conferences

NCAS hosts free annual conferences, aiming to provide NHS organisations with the knowledge and skills to identify and manage performance concerns locally, the opportunity to share good practice and network with colleagues and to progress issues of national policy.

Plenary sessions are presented by speakers with a wide range of experience and opinion whilst parallel streams allow opportunities for smaller interactive sessions. Case studies are often used within these smaller sessions to facilitate discussion and share learning on good practice.

We currently do not have any conferences planned.  Please check back in the future for updates or register your details online to receive news and updates from NCAS.

Conference reports and presentations are available from previous NCAS conferences:

  • Disruptive behaviour - Tackling concerns about practitioner behaviour on 03 February 2011
  • Challenges & Opportunities 2010: Responding to concerns about practitioner performance on 30 March 2010
  • Professionalism - dilemmas and lapses on 02 March 2009

If you would like to register your interest for future NCAS workshops and conferences please register your details online.

If you would like more information on NCAS events, please contact the NCAS Education team on 0207 972 2950 or conferences@ncas.nhs.uk.

NCAS Conference
To support NHS organisations, presentations have been collated from previously held annual conferences. These resources can be used for educational purposes and may form the basis of postgraduate education meetings and seminars.
