NCAS runs free educational workshops across the UK, aiming to provide NHS organisations with the knowledge and skills to identify and manage performance concerns locally and the opportunity to share good practice and network with colleagues.
Workshops are interactive, using fictitious case studies as learning tools and utilising the experience and expertise of NCAS. NCAS advisers facilitate interactive sessions providing both support and networking opportunities.

Responsible Officer introductory training
Module 3: Responding to concerns about performance, conduct and health
NCAS now offers an interactive workshop run specifically for Responsible Officers on the subject of effective management of performance concerns. The sessions, facilitated by members of NCAS’s adviser team, utilise case studies as learning tools and elements can be tailored to best suit the needs of attendees. Customised events
NCAS can work with your organisation to tailor-make workshops or provide representatives for events about local management of concerns and MHPS, including development of local policies and systems.
