Good practice guides
NCAS has published five good practice guides since 2010 – see left hand menu. All the publications are currently being reviewed but they explain how NCAS approaches some common performance issues – health problems, investigation, back on track educational solutions, behavioural difficulties and the management of performance concerns when dealing with contractors in primary care.
Must knows
These pages list the professional codes and NHS Regulations which underpin performance management of dentists, doctors and pharmacists. These are the Must knows for the countries with NCAS offices. But note that we will also take referrals from Scotland so call us if you are north of the border and need to talk to us:
